Guests gathered, friends excited, music playing. The long awaited day has finally arrived. A beautiful voice begins so sing as the bride walks down the aisle and everyone (including the groom) realized she has recorded her voice singing a classic love song. Not a dry eye in the sanctuary of Overflow Church! This might sound like a Hallmark movie, but it is actually the ceremony of Ella and Jacob’s wedding day!

I met Ella a few years ago while I was working in Student Services at Haywood Community College. Getting to witness her and Jacob’s union truly felt like a full circle moment. Seeing her walking down the aisle reminded me of when she walked through the doors at Haywood Community College for the first time, and the flood of emotions was unreal. Seeing two wonderful human beings so in love and surrounded by an extremely supportive community is good for the soul. Ella and Jacob’s love for each other and Jesus is refreshing and inspiring.

Ella & Jacob, thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to walk alongside you on such a monumental day in your love story!
