The end of the semester approaches. Midterms are over and you’re rounding the corner to graduation. All the hard work, long hours, and sleepless nights are about to be worth it!

 Hannah has such a joyful personality, especially for someone approaching finals (insert upside down smiley face emoji). I was so glad she was willing to spend her fall break chasing dreamy light and gorgeous mountain views!

 Walking around WCU’s campus brought back all the feels. 6 years ago, I was NOT as chill and joyful as Hannah (she’s seriously rocking it!). I was stressed, had no idea what my career would look like, and knew I probably wouldn’t be finding a job in my field without a masters. I was not ready to spend more time in school or spend more money, but I knew I wanted to have some kind of career.

Cue the side hustle job that got me through the end of college: PHOTOGRAPHY!

What began as a job for extra money around the holidays has turned into more of a career than I ever thought possible. I’ve had the opportunity to meet so many amazing people while doing something I absolutely love.

So, to all the 20-somethings who are stressed and have no idea what’s next: you got this!

 Hannah, thank you so much for spending the afternoon with me and popping champagne in dreamy light on top of mountains. Your joyful personality was so much fun!
